Today let’s discuss about Gemini emotional problems.
We all know that Gemini-born individuals are fun people. They are likely the soul of any event they participate in. With a big curiosity, they love to explore and experience new things in life. A typical Gemini usually spreads happiness to others; however, not many can witness their feeling down moments.
They appear lively and cheerful, but actually they are sensitive and emotional. Once Gemini gets depressed, they will isolate from the outer world – this never happens when they are in normal state.
Their close friends may sense the difference but won’t question it because they hide it well.

4 Things about Gemini Emotional Problems
Gemini is a special sign that has a good sense of humor and stays curious about life. Many admit that they don’t really understand a Gemini’s true feelings as these people usually put on a cheerful face.
They are full of energy and always impress others with their big smiles.
Despite of that, Gemini natives do suffer with dark moods. The most common way to get through this is to keep themselves busy and distracted. Therefore, don’t be surprised if you find your Gemini partner suddenly becomes quiet and has many works to do.
On the outside they probably act like they are fine, but perhaps they will cry in their own room. The mood swings of Gemini are erratic, plus their dual personality. Sometimes they can’t even realize problems with their emotions. They thought it’s just the split experience as usual.
Here are things to keep in mind about Gemini emotional problems:
1. They have restless mind
With their racing mind, Gemini can turn their current vulnerability darker. It’s their own thoughts making them more insecure. On the bright side, they will gain clarity in different aspects if taking advantage of their restless mind in a correct way. Nevertheless, it could become a weapon killing their confidence.
When a Gemini is stuck in their racing mind, they will start feeling worried. Gradually, the illusion and anxiety are built up and end up giving them fearful imaginings, panic attacks, and paranoia.
If they keep holding on, their worry will reach a crescendo and create overwhelming feelings inside you. The nervous breakdown will conquer both their mind and body; at the moment, taking it slow is the suggested solution.
If you are a Gemini, then I think it’s better to stop what you are forcing yourself to do and keep your mind at peace. I did experience this, so my advice is to focus more on your interest. Just do whatever you want to do and stay grounded!
The problem of Gemini is they think too much and overly.
Spend 30 minutes per day for mediation to bring peace to your mind and heal your inner soul.
2. They have split personalities
Symbolized by the Twins, Gemini is a sign of multi-dimensionality and polarities.
Others often think these people seem weird and crazy because they have many sides and keep switching them. That’s why it’s tricky to read what is going on in the head of a Gemini. They are unpredictable and hard to figure out, not to mention they barely open up their true feelings.
What they bring on the surface is what they want others to see, not their actual personality. As an air sign, Gemini is detached; well this is questionable as they are always known for their friendly behavior.

3. They have connection with emotions
According to astrologers, Gemini rules the lungs. If you’re interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine, you must know that lungs are the part connected to a person’s emotions, sadness, detachment, and grief. Thus, they often suffer the experience of feeling detached.
For example, when a Gemini quits smoking, they will soon feel nervous and frustrated. However, if they learn to balance their peace of mind with meditation, they will gradually integrate and understand their different inner sides.
Gemini in their twenties looks for activities that could help them stay busy and cope with intense anxiety. If they have nothing to do, their restless mind will make them uneasy. They can’t stand sitting still in the house all day and repeating the same routine.
If a Gemini can handle the repetition, they are moving on the healing path.
For Gemini natives that are carrying a lot of baggage, then keep in mind that the private inner life is like a place attached with mirrors, giving them the true reflection of their self-image. As a Gemini, if you want to reach the wholeness, let’s begin with searching for the authenticity, and the first thing is to track persistent interests across time.
4. Tips to heal Gemini emotional issues
Is there any suggested remedy for depressed Geminis?
Here are some possibilities that Geminis can make use of to avoid depression or any kind of anxiety:
- Enjoy the movies or TV series that truly inspire you. At a certain point of time, your tense mind needs a break and your tired soul requires a lift.
- Find some spare time to exercise at least 30 minutes per day to keep your physical state fresh and healthy.
- Visualize what you desire in mind and work hard to make it come true.
- Have an experiment with sound healing and music; also, do the mediation regularly to maintain a serene mood every day.
- Try practicing breathing exercises to calm the mind and emotions.
In general, the most efficient way to escape from the chaos is to find a place of refuge for your racing mind, or we also call it ‘creating psychic space within’. As soon as you feel grounded within your mind and soul, you can find peace and clarity.
Final Words
So you finally know about Gemini emotional problems.
This cheerful Gemini will be extremely quiet when they are upset or in an emotional mood. The matter here is that they can’t help overthinking about everything due to their restless mind.
They hate being sad and refuse to be swallowed by negative thoughts; that ends up with them isolating from the outer world and keeping themselves busy all the time.

This felt like a true and resonating reading, From the comments that seem to connect with me and leave me second-guessing if I should leave any last words to the factual points left from start to end. I’m a Gemini a very true one at that and whenever I feel like my life is running on auto-pilot I always tend to take deep alternate breaths that leave me at the verge of tears, with no specific reason. This usually happens when I feel crowded with emotions, emotions I try to hide just so others don’t see including my closest friends I often find myself on youtube, Instagram, and sites like these just to read or watch people try and understand and distract me from my Gemini weathered emotions. A teenage boy trying to figure out and balance emotional flow, school work, and social appearances, thus leaving me crying on my bathroom flow, or watching re-runs of friends and isolating from the outside world.
If anyone can relate/connect hope you found my words to be helpful.

OMG the isolation part is best. I almost went to therapist because I thought something is wrong with me. I could not handle the emotional hurt. Thanks for sharing this.

Oh my goodness!!! is this some kind of sorcery? Everything is simply on point and so freaking true! Am in such an emotional state of mind past few days also the period mood kicked in so it’s kind of worse at times.. Am a painting artist, a Gemini . I have currently deactivated my art account dealing with rollercoaster of emotions. because of the reasons as you mentioned. I badly wanted to cheer myself up, so usually end up reading articles to understand if all Geminis are just how I am. Strongly agree how Friends – series have helped me cope during these times. but looks like i have watched it infinite times.
To Conclude, Geminis are badly misunderstood. which upsets. Thankyou for this article helped me to understand myself better.

I too am in tears & constant anguish. Never feeling “good enough” or “worthwhile” or “to matter to another person”. As much as I do like my private alone time, it would be refreshing to have another person care enough to see ME. I feel invisible most of the time & I’ve been saddened to my core. I struggle daily with attempts to rise above my chaos, look for acceptance, happiness & contentment. I don’t believe that those things exist for me. I’m in my 40s & I have accomplished nothing in this life. Brief moments of happiness in an infinite sea of sorrow is all I think life has for me. I’ve attempted to open up but just find more reason to hide myself. I barely exist anymore. Work, home & Walmart….that’s my whole life. Nothing meaningful or fun at all. I’m finding it harder & harder to hold on when I have nothing to hold on to. I hope those of you that read this can try to find all those things I cannot. Truly I do. I’ve reached a point in my life that I just don’t think I’m meant to have the basic things that every person needs whether they admit it or not. No one should ever feel like I do. It’s not fair. No one should contemplate leaving before it’s time.
